Darline Gregory – Office Administrator
Darline graduated from Louisiana State University. Darline has been employed by the Advanced Eye Institute since 2003. Darline serves as Office Administrator for the Thibodaux and Houma Locations.
Ann Lovell – Clinical Manager
Ann, originally from Houma, serves as the Clinical Manager for Advanced Eye Institute and is also a Certified Ophthalmic Technician. She has worked in Ophthalmology since 2001 and at Advanced Eye Institute since 2012.
Abbey Richard – Billing/Insurance Administrator
Abbey is a lifelong resident of Thibodaux. She graduated from Nicholls State University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Upon hire in June of 2003, Abbey began working in the front office. She was promoted to the Insurance/Billing department after three months, where she then became the department manager in December 2003. Abbey has been the Insurance/Billing department Administrator since November 2021.
Lauren Larpenter – Director of Nursing
Thibodaux Laser and Surgery Center
Lauren is a lifelong resident of Houma. She graduated as a Registered Nurse with her BSN from Nicholls State University in 2004.
Prior to joining our team, she had hospital experience in both nursing and case management roles, as well as, six years Director of Nursing experience at a local nursing home.
Lauren has been the Director of Nursing at Thibodaux Laser and Surgery Center since September 2015.
